4. Membership & Payments

• Allow us to collect and process payment through our secure payment processor

• Understand that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Annual subscribers may receive waived sign-up fees and discounted rates as advertised.

5. Creative Content & Intellectual Property

All text, design, photos, branding, logos, and media on this site are property of Framebreaker Agency or its licensors unless otherwise noted.

• Models retain rights to their likeness and content but grant Framebreaker Agency limited permission to display their photos for promotional purposes if opted-in during sign-up or photo shoot participation.

• No unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of content is permitted without written consent.

6. Submissions & Conduct

By submitting content (photos, bios, portfolio materials), you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use and share that content

• You grant Framebreaker Agency permission to review and consider you for opportunities

• Your content does not violate copyright, privacy, or decency laws

We reserve the right to decline submissions that do not meet our standards of representation, clarity, or brand alignment.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to remove user access, suspend accounts, or reject members who:
